1. Definitions and Interpretation

• "User," "You," "Your," "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the jilii website, or utilizes any services offered by jilii.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User upon successful registration with jilii, which enables access to gaming services, deposit and withdrawal functions, and promotional offers.

• "Funds" refers to monetary deposits, withdrawals, winnings, bonuses, and any other financial transactions conducted through your jilii Account.

To create an Account and use jilii services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and participate in real money gaming on jilii. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jilii reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension or termination and forfeiture of all Funds.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Individuals acting under guardianship, conservatorship, or any legal incapacity are prohibited from using jilii services.

3.3 Residency and Jurisdiction

jilii services are intended solely for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. jilii disclaims all liability for unauthorized access from restricted jurisdictions.

3.4 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of individuals are expressly prohibited from using jilii services:

• Individuals who have been previously banned or excluded from jilii or any affiliated gaming platform.
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gaming activities through PAGCOR's responsible gaming programs.
• Employees, contractors, affiliates, or family members of jilii staff involved in platform operations or game development.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access jilii services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Required information includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, email address, and valid government-issued identification. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any changes occur.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with jilii. Creation of multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or Accounts using false identities is strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple Accounts will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds and Bonuses.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your Account credentials with any third party.
• Immediately notify jilii if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available to enhance Account security.
• Log out from your Account when accessing jilii from shared or public devices.

jilii shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

4.4 Identity Verification

jilii is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Users. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents upon request, which may include but are not limited to Philippine passports, driver's licenses, UMID cards, or Postal IDs. Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by jilii may result in Account suspension and inability to withdraw Funds.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

jilii accepts deposits through various payment methods available to Philippine residents, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank), and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made through e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) are typically credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfers may take one (1) to four (4) hours to process. Credit card deposits are subject to approval by the issuing bank and may experience delays. jilii is not responsible for processing delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.3 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of Funds from your Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through submission of valid identification documents.
• Withdrawal requests must meet minimum withdrawal thresholds as specified for each payment method.
• All Bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawal of associated winnings.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, jilii reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals that meet certain thresholds or exhibit suspicious patterns. You agree to cooperate with any AML investigations and provide additional documentation when requested. Failure to comply may result in delayed or denied withdrawals and Account closure.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

jilii offers various Bonuses and promotional offers to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the deadline results in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Detection of Bonus abuse will result in immediate confiscation of all Bonuses and winnings, Account closure, and potential legal action.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Integrity

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain unfair advantages, particularly in multiplayer games such as poker or live casino.

• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing to another User to transfer Funds between Accounts.
• Card Counting: While card counting is not technically possible in online gaming due to continuous shuffling, any attempts to gain unfair statistical advantages are prohibited.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnect, or technical error, jilii reserves the right to void affected bets and restore Account balances to their pre-error state. All decisions regarding malfunctions are final and binding.

7.4 Disputes

If you dispute a game outcome or transaction, you must notify jilii customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the disputed event. Disputes filed after this timeframe will not be considered. jilii will investigate all valid disputes and provide a response within seven (7) business days. The decision of jilii management is final and binding.

8. Responsible Gaming

jilii is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting Users from gambling-related harm. We provide the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic logouts after specified gaming durations.
• Loss Limits: Establish maximum loss thresholds for specific periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion.

9. Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting jilii customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining Funds. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with pending withdrawals will remain active until all transactions are completed.

9.2 Involuntary Termination

jilii reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
• You fail to comply with PAGCOR regulations or Philippine gaming laws.
• jilii suspects money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Your Account remains inactive for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.

9.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon Account termination for violations, jilii reserves the right to confiscate all Funds and Bonuses. Terminated Users are permanently banned from creating new Accounts or accessing jilii services. Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent activities or violations of Philippine law.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, and materials displayed on jilii.cam are the exclusive property of jilii or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use jilii services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of jilii content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jilii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury. Our total liability for all claims arising from your use of jilii services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

jilii is not responsible for losses caused by third-party payment provider delays, internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of jilii services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts. Users agree to attempt resolution of disputes through good-faith negotiations and mediation before pursuing formal legal action. All decisions made by jilii management regarding game outcomes, Account disputes, and Terms interpretation are final and binding.
